High/low water float switches from Neptune Store

    Hi,

Anybody using the high and low water switches from neptune store? I have four of them (2 low water and 2 high water). I do think these float switches are 'normaly open' and thus I would like to reverse the float, because I want an alert or action when the state is open. When I reverse the float switch the dashboard isn't showing the state change anymore. So I'm wondering if they can't be reversed en should be used als normally open.

High/low water float switches from Neptune Store

Those long-shanked float switches sold by Neptune store.eu are not Neptune Systems products.

You might inquire directly to Neptunestore.eu if those switches have reversible floats, but it seems like you have already determined that they are not.
Please do not send me PMs with technical questions or requesting assistance - use the forums for Apex help. PM me ONLY if the matter is of a private or personal nature. Thanks.

No, I meant the float switches sold by the .eu store. Sorry I didn't know they aren't Neptune products.

Thanks, Russ. I have mailed them directly.

I can tell you they are reversible.
I already installed a couple of them. Just need to remove the bottom round shape holder and flip the magnet.

    All the best,
    Rui
