Heater Controll started doing this. Didn’t see anything like this posted in a quick search. I changed nothing in the programming.

I thought that too but it seems the heater shuts off before it gets to its upper range temp for some reason. Maybe normal behavior. I totally get the long ramp up with the cold house. It was all the notches that concerned me. Wasn’t sure why it wouldn’t be a steady rise to the set max temp. Guess I’ll just watch it.

Does your heater have an inline thermostat built in? If so, I wonder if the thermostat is starting to go bad. It might be interesting to see a graph of power draw on the outlet when it is turned on.
That’s a thought but changing the Neptune program seems to have fixed it.
