Hey all,
My lights were doing some funny things and not what was showing in Fusion. The time randomly showed up incorrectly as well. So I rebooted the Apex as it hadn't been done for a while, and that's usually a good first step for most things.
But now the controller (purchased in August) is not powering back on. The EB6 has power and everything plugged into it is powered...just nothing to the controller itself.
I've tried reseating the cables etc
Anyone got any ideas?

What color are the LEDs on the base unit?

No LEDs on the base unit at all - its completely dead
The LEDs on the EB6 are flashing orange
I also have an FFM and WXM, and 2 x DOS
The WXM has no LED at all
The FFM is flashing green
The 2 x DOS are flashing orange

Contact support. No LEDs on the base unit is not something you can fix yourself.
