HELP! Cannot Connect Radions to WXM

I have 2 G4 Radions, and for the life of me cannot get them connected to my apex. I used the manual for the WXM module, and have tried countless times to follow word for word the instructions, with no luck. I do not want to use a reeflink, as I feel this is a waste of money since I have a full blown apex capabilities but just dont know how to use them.

I know I can just use the advanced feature and copy and past a program (I think), which I suppose I will do if I cant get them to connect soon, but I currently have them programmed to run a basic on/off schedule over a 24hr period, and can actually turn them off and on through the Fusion Dashboard, but I do not have the ability to use the download scheme feature, and the drag/drop abilities to change or do anything with the light schedule. So I not only cant get them connected, I am confused on how I can even control them through the dashboard?

Any help or feedback here would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Have you verified the WXM module itself is connected and online? Is the module firmware and RF firmware up to date?

Thank you for your quick response. I know this is not good, but I have no idea where i would go to look at or get the information you showed me. I can tell you that my MP10 and MP40 are connected using the WXM (I only have 1), so I assume it is connected and working.

    1. From your Fusion dashboard, click the Apex menu at the upper left, then click Modules from the list of options.
    2. From the list of modules, click your WXM.
    3. On the WXM screen, click the Action dropdown to select Configure.

Well, maybe this is the issue, as that does not appear as an option when I click on the apex link on the top left.

Wow, your menu is missing several options. Here's mine on the left and yours on the right:

If you click the Authorization menu, does your account have "Owner" permissions set?

The differences between the two sets of menus are because Suncrest’s is for an Apex and acesfull’s is for an Apex Classic. There’s nothing wrong there.

To see module info for an Apex Classic you must use the Classic Dashboard - it’s not available in APEX Fusion.
Please do not send me PMs with technical questions or requesting assistance - use the forums for Apex help. PM me ONLY if the matter is of a private or personal nature. Thanks.
