Fusion accout help

Hi ,im buy a used apex and when link the apex, the display shows the message apex fusion = down and not the token, can yours help me

That means the previous owner didn't remove that apex from their fusion account. You have two options to fix this.

1. Ask the previous owner to remove the apex from their fusion account

2. Factory reset the apex (initialize all)
