    Alarms not working

    Hi. My alarms were working when I first set up my Apex, but they stopped working. I've gone back to the day they stopped working and it seems like they were somehow set to "OFF". Not sure what to do here to get them on. I would have thought you would be able to configure under alarms. Any help would be appreciated. Screen Shot 2018-10-20 at 10.10.41 PM.jpg

    Is the email alarm slider in the OFF or the AUTO position? It needs to be in AUTO.

    Thanks for replying RussM. It is now on AUTO. I am getting alerts for PH now, but not for TEMP. I have the alarm set for this however, it only gives a PH alarm and not the temperature (which is lower than the outside range I set for the alarm). SO part of the problem solved at least. Appreciate your help.

    If multiple alarms are occurring simultaneously you will only get an alert for the one not both.
