    ATO pump test

How do I test my Neptune ATK pump?
It was working fine then my controller when bad.
Neptune repaired it and after a 2 week turnaround I’m trying to get all systems running again
I’m using the default code nothing fancy.
The ATK has a green light
    The sensors read appropriately
The dashboard says it’s on but the pump doesn’t run.
If I activate it manually it also doesn’t run.
I’ve read here of pumps dying.
Can I test the pump for function?
    Thanks
    Bob

Did you remember to plug the power supply back in?

Make sure that the pump power cord is plugged into the FMM, and that the FMM power supply is attached and plugged into a wall outlet.

If it still doesn't work, it is possible to take the pump apart and inspect the impeller for a broken jammed blade.

I tested the power supply and don’t get 24v
But it still gives a green light on the module when connected.
I assume when the power supply is plugged in I should get 24v, right?

You should get 24V if the output is in the ON position.

I would double check the barrel connector of the power supply to verify where the 24V is being lost at.

I tested the power supply directly at the barrel connector and get < 1v.
I assume power source is bad.

Sounds bad to me. I would double check the outlet you plugged it into to test is hot just to be 100% sure. Contact support if you're under warranty still otherwise get a new one.
