    Fusion Connection issue

    I have been noticing the Diagnostics is saying I am dripping fusion 50 plus times a day. I am using an eithernet connection on the 2016 Apex. So far I do not have an issue connection to fusion as I am always able to control the apex from my phone, however this is a new problem. I normally have no connection issue at all. I have the eithernet line connected directly to my comcast router which is less than a year old and seems to be working well. What would you check to confirm it’s not an apex issue? I have attempted restarts and resets on Both the router and the apex. Thanks for your time.

    I would try a different ethernet cord and use a different port on the router to rule that out.

    I would also add the line

    If Power Apex Off 001 Then ON

    To your email to see if the disconnects are apex reboots.

    Thank again Zombie.

    I have changed the port over the past few days. Do not think the disconnects are reboots but that is an awesome way to confirm. I have a 75 foot ethernet cable that is run in my walls. If I run wireless and I don't have the same issue then its probably safe to assume its the cable.

    Yeah. Check out the wireless to see if it is more reliable. You could have gotten a mouse that thought the cable was real tasty if you didn't run it through conduit.
