    Just got my APEX and EB832 back from Service

    Just got my APEX and EB832 back from Neptune for service. Plugged them in EB832 glows orange, Apex glows Blue. I have changed my network password since the last time the unit was up and running. So I ran a network cord from my router to the apex and it now glows orange. When i log into fusion it says cannot find apex is not currently connected to fusion. Kinda confused.

    It sounds like your Apex was reset to factory defaults. You will need to run through the Get Started guide and reconnect it to your Wi-Fi and telling it to APEX Fusion.
