My apex periodically disconnects from Fusion. There is no pattern to the disconnects that I can discern....it was fine this entire week, then disconnected overnight last night. It is connected via ethernet cable that just runs behind the couch (not in the walls) - no visible damage to the cable. No power loss to the associated energy bars. I was also unable to log in to Apex local - the error message I got said the address was not found. Manually resetting the apex always fixes the issue immediately.

I talked with an Apex rep about this issue at an aquarium show recently. We only had limited time to talk but he suggested my router might be resetting, and changing the IP address for the Apex. This would seem to be supported by my loss of connection with Apex local.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what might be causing this? If it is my router rebooting, how do I prevent that? The router was brand new in August.
