Want to use Koralia Powerheads as an alternating flow

So I have several Koralia power heads that are not directly capable of alternating or sequencing their flow. Part of the reason I purchased a new Apex Classic was to permit programming actions such as this. After reading I have come up with the following Virtual Outlet programs. I would then program the power head "banks" (of 2) to be on if the specific timer is on (at least that is what I gather from reading).

I'd like some input regarding the program. The lines proceed with the double dash (--xx) are not part of the program but put there to reflect the end result I'm looking for, as is the parenthetical time references.

    Virtual Outlet 1 (30 min)
    OSC 0:00/30:00/30:00 Then ON
If time 00:00 to 03:59 then off (off from midnight to 3:59 AM)
--on from 4 AM to 5:59 AM
If time 06:00 to 20:59 then off (off from 6 AM to 8:59 PM)
--on from 9 PM to 23:59 PM

    Virtual outlet 2 (30 min)
    OSC 30:00/0:00/30:00 Then ON
If time 00:00 to 03:59 then off (off from midnight to 3:59 AM)
--on from 4 AM to 5:59 AM
If time 06:00 to 20:59 then off (off from 6 AM to 8:59 PM)
--on from 9 PM to 23:59 PM

    Virtual Outlet 3 (10 min)
    OSC 0:00/10:00/10:00 Then ON
If time 00:00 to 05:59 then off (off from midnight to 5:59 AM)
--on from 6 AM to 7:59 AM
If time 07:59 to 17:59 then off (off from 8 AM to 5:59 PM)
--on from 6 PM to 8:59 PM
If time 21:00 to 23:59 then off (off from 9 PM to 23:59 PM)

    Virtual Outlet 4 (10 min)
    OSC 10:00/0:00/10:00 Then ON
If time 00:00 to 05:59 then off (off from midnight to 5:59 AM)
--on from 6 AM to 7:59 AM
If time 07:59 to 17:59 then off (off from 8 AM to 5:59 PM)
--on from 8 PM to 8:59 PM
If time 21:00 to 23:59 then off (off from 9 PM to 23:59 PM)

    Virtual Outlet 5 (5 min)
    OSC 0:00/5:00/5:00 Then ON
If time 00:00 to 07:59 then off (off from midnight to 7:59 AM)
--on from 8 AM to 5:59 PM
If time 17:59 to 23:59 then off (off from 6 PM to 23:59 PM)

    Virtual Outlet 6 (5 min)
    OSC 5:00/0:00/5:00 Then ON
If time 00:00 to 07:59 then off (off from midnight to 7:59 AM)
--on from 8 AM to 5:59 PM
If time 17:59 to 23:59 then off (off from 6 PM to 23:59 PM)

Appreciate any input. I don't have the equipment up and running yet but am trying to work on the programming while I keep gathering and getting set up.

FWIW. I programmed the virtual outlets, assigned them to the power heads and they are working as predicted.

I'm going to chime in here because if I give you false information Russ or Zombie will chime in.

I'm not sure if the inverse works, but I think you would want to tell it when the outlet is on

    Code:
    Virtual Outlet 1 (30 min)
    Fallback OFF
    Set OFF
    OSC 000:00/030:00/030:00 Then ON
If Time 04:00 to 05:59 Then ON
If Time 21:00 to 23:59 Then ON

    Virtual Outlet 2 (30 min)
    Fallback OFF
    Set OFF
    OSC 030:00/030:00/030:00 Then ON
If Time 04:00 to 05:59 Then ON
If Time 21:00 to 23:59 Then ON

    Virtual Outlet 3 (10 min)
    Fallback OFF
    Set OFF
    OSC 000:00/010:00/010:00 Then ON
If Time 06:00 to 07:59 Then ON
If Time 18:00 to 20:59 Then ON

    Virtual Outlet 4 (10 min)
    Fallback OFF
    Set OFF
    OSC 010:00/10:00/10:00 Then ON
If Time 06:00 to 07:59 Then ON
If Time 18:00 to 20:59 Then ON

    Virtual Outlet 5 (5 min)
    OSC 000:00/005:00/005:00 Then ON
If Time 08:00 to 17:59 Then ON

    Virtual Outlet 6 (5 min)
    OSC 005:00/005:00/005:00 Then ON
If Time 08:00 to 17:59 Then ON

FLReef has it right. The If Time statements need to have Then OFF, not ON, keeping a VO off during the periods of time when another VO having different OSC periodicity will be being used to create the desired alternating action

Thanks for the replies. I actually got this up and working.

Based on the use of the Oscillation comment (which took me a bit to understand) the VO is always on cycling in the intervals cited. So, as Russ confirms, the control is to tell it when to STOP. Then program the power head control to turn on/off based on the activity of the various Virtual Outlets. Did take a bit to tweak and fix some errors but But so far it is running like clockwork (so to speak )

I did add two more VO's for 15 min intervals. So now it starts at 30 and goes to 15, 10 then 5 for the daytime and works it's way back to 30 before shutting down overnight. Not sure how much flow it is really doing but it is providing some alternating current simulating the wave like action. As I said once the tank matures some more I'll evaluate if I need to actually up this to a true gyre.

see, I told you, if I gave false information Russ or Zombie would chime in. Russ also has a nifty OSC calculator somewhere that helps with that stuff.

And that's a neat way to control fixed speed powerheads.

So I hit a bump in the road that pushed my plans back about a year or so With the downtime I had lost communication wiht Fusion and in the attempt to get it back reset the controller fully. I'm in the process of replacing the code and have what may be a stupid question. In order for a virtual outlet to function does it need to be on the Fusion page or can it reside in the Tile "holding" area off the visible fusion wall?

For specific example, for the code above can I keep the OSC timing off the main page and only keep the Power Head control outlet visible?

A tile being hidden or not has no effect on the operation of that output or input.

TY Russ that was my presumption but I wanted to check as several searches could not convince me.
