    Issue with connecting to Apex

    I have the new Apex 832 energy bar and Base Unit. I got it connected to my wifi and the light is orange so it is connected. However I can't connect to it from my phone. I don't use the conventional 192.___ system but when I enter my router I don't see any IP address that corresponds to my Apex. What am I doing wrong?

    You should always use 10, 192, or 172. If you use anything else, you risk putting your devices on WAN addresses that will conflict with some other persons WAN address and prevent things from talking.

    The apex being orange does not mean it is connected. That means its online.

    Stay on the same network as the network you connected the Apex to and goto http://apex.local


    You should get a log in screen.

    Use admin. And. 1234
