Exclamation Base unit will not connect to EB832s - please help

My apex base unit will not connect to any of my EB832s. Everything was working fine until sometime today. No power blips or anything odd, I just noticed that my DOS unit was blinking so I started investigating and realized everything was in fallback mode.

I have tried unplugging everything except for a single EB832 and power cycling it, I have even tried the reset button and it will not reset.

The EB832s will not initialize (light blinking orange) and the base unit blinks multiple colors in a sequence. Since I cannot get it to connect to any of the EB832s and can't reset it I do not know what more I can do at this point.

    Please help!

I removed the base unit and powered it separately using auxiliary power then pressed the reset button again and everything is back to normal. Configuration seems to be intact and everything is functioning normally.
