    Erroneous Alarm Alerts

For the last few days I have been getting alarm notifications from my apex classic that my pH is low, but the pH mentioned in the notification is within range and I don’t see any dips on the graph. Any ideas? Do I need to recalibrate the probe?

Do you have a reasonable length defer for both ON and OFF states in your email? If not, a spike from a bubble or pump starting can drop it just long enough to start the email, but not long enough to stay below the value by the time the email finishes sending

On the fusion page the alert is listed as active but the pH is 0.3 above the low limit in the email.

Actually now that I think about it this may have started when I updated the firmware last week.

    Erroneous Alarm Alerts

I deleted the ph line from my alarm outlet to get it to stop. Now I’ve been getting nonstop low temp alarms but I can’t figure out if they’re legit because I’m not sure what the RT is exactly supposed to be so it’s hard to tell when exactly I should be getting alarms. I manually switched my low temp outlet to off to get those to stop.

And now I’m just getting emails every hour that state the email outlet is off (Status: OFF, Statement: Set OFF).
