Post the programming for both outlets.

Those screenshots are of a Vortech output, not an EnergyBar outlet.

This is an EB832 output. Note the description that says "outlet 1 on the EB832 named EB1 at address 2". You should have something very similar for your EB4 outlets.

That is your WXM outlet. The EB4 ones will say EB4 in the description.

Okay I got it. The outlets are configured as lights instead of pumps. Thank you all for your help and especially for your patience!!!!

If your MP60s are plugged into those outlets, they shouldn't be configured as pumps either. They should be always ON. The pump type configuration oscillates the outlet ON and OFF at regular intervals. This is meant for things like korelias.

Should they be configured as powerheads?

No. As zombie said, an outlet into which you’ve plugged a Vortech power supply should be programmed to simply be ON all the time.

Better yet, don’t plug the Vortech into an EnergyBar - it’s not needed. Vortechs controlled via a WXM should kept be powered on 7/24. Use those outlets for something that needs to be turned on and off based on a schedule or other programming.

Okay got it.....was under the assumption that in order to control through apex, Vortechs should be plugged into an energy bar. I now understand that Vortechs and Radions are controlled via the WXM module.
