    eb832 and 1link WAV problem

    Hello
I have a new Apex (2016 full) hooked up and running perfectly for a week now. Today I bought some additional Apex accessories and not having very good luck thus far.

    A) I bought two WAV pumps. If I plug either into any one of the three 1link ports on the eb832 then the eb832 will turn on all the outlets and flash orange after a short delay. Fusion is rendered useless and I'm unable to control anything. Fusion shows the eb832 as disconnected.
How can I control the three link outlets? on/off

    B) I bought a leak detection kit. It's plugged in and has a solid green light. I see nothing on Fusion and I don't think anything works. That's two leak sensors and a optical sensor in my ato reservoir.

Go to the modules page and update all of your module firmwares. Then try plugging the WAVs in one at a time. If you still have the same behavior, contact support.

For the FMM, make sure you plug the connectors in all the way until you hear an audible click. This takes a bit of force. Then go to the module configuration for the FMM and verify that it detected the proper sensor type. If it did, the tiles are likely hidden in the unused tile bin area.

I made have caused the failure.
Under the dark stand, I managed to plug a 1link in backwards. (it will go with the safety tab inserting into a 24VDC port.)
Just for a second but long enough to make the eb832 go crazy.

I've got the FMM working now. Fusion shows the open/closed positions. I'm not getting notifications but I should be able to sort that out.

You have to add the alarms and lines to turn off anything relatively to the sensors. They are not plug and play.

If LeakName CLOSED Then ON (or OFF)

Is the format for the leak sensors. They are CLOSED when a leak is detected.

The optical works similarly and that is CLOSED when covered in water.

Yes, that's exactly how I've set it.
