It's been about a half year and no longer have contact with buyer. I would like to print out the programming to hard copy to enter onto my ApexEL. Is there a way to do this or is the data lost?
I am assuming that by “won’t let me” you mean that the Apex is still listed and showing as disconnected.
If that’s the case, click on the Apex. In the box that comes up, click Diagnose. Then click on the Apex name in the upper left to reveal the drop down menu. From that menu, select Summary.
