No acceptable range with salt probe calibration

Maybe you can explain my following question:
I trying for several times to calibrate the salt-probe and every time it stops at step 2. The problem is then “the acceptable range” and it won’t go further to te next step.
Then i trying the manual calibration and then i try again to calibrate. It is always the same problem, “the acceptable range”.

    What does it mean?
    Thank you for your reply.

There are a lot of things that can go wrong and get you out of acceptable ranges. Another user recently wrote out a write-up of his struggle with the probe that can give you some clues as to what you may be doing incorrectly.
