Has anyone had problems with there ATK. I’ve been in contact with apex on several occasions. For some reason it is just defaulting to off. And will not stay on auto. The eye is clean. The PMUP is in a 25 gallon barrel.
Here is my programming
Fallback OFF
Set OFF
If LoSump OPEN Then ON
If MidSmp CLOSED Then OFF
When On > 015:00 Then OFF
Defer 000:10 Then ON
Defer 000:30 Then OFF
Min Time 030:00 Then OFF
If FeedD 000 Then OFF
That means the pump ran for 15 minutes without the switch changing state and was shut to manual OFF as a safety precaution. You need to check all of the following.
1. Do the opticals show CLOSED when actually covered in water
2. Does the PMUP run when the ok Utley is set to manual ON
3. Are there any clogs or pinches in the line
4. Is the float set correctly so that it does not start reducing flow until the level reached the upper sensor.

Yeah the optical sensor does work when covered in water. Yes I can turn it on manually and works just fine. And with that no kinks or clogs on the water line. And the float works great
Then I would run it manually until the level is just below the low sensor. Then set to to manual OFF and then put it in AUTO and see if it starts cycling normally again. You might just be stuck in a loop where the water level is low enough to not fill in 15 minutes and by the time you notice it's in manual OFF enough water has evaporated to repeat the pattern.
