Renaming Flow meter

I am trying to rename my flow meters but can't figure out how to. I know how to rename the toggle switches which is easy. Everywhere I read or watched a video shows to open the icon where all the probes and modules are. That Icon is missing in my Apex Fusion. I have the classic apex system.

You will need to do it from the local dashboard.

You access it using the IP address
