Earthquake! Salt water splashed. Now logo rapid flashing

I live in Anchorage and we had a 7.0 earthquake. Some of my marine water splashed onto my energy bars. When classic and one of the new style. As soon as I saw I threw the house breaker switch.

We immediately removed all electronics and dried out both energy bars. When we plug them back in the new style had the logo blinking a rapid orange. Nothing plugged into either.

    are they dead?

I would isolate to as few modules as possible. Start with just the head unit and an aux power supply and see if it will go solid for you. If it does, start adding modules one at a time to see when it trips up.
