    New Apex Wifi Issue.

    Greetings,


    I am a new Apex 2016 user and currently struggling to get it connected to my wifi (TP Link Archer C60). Whenever I select the correct SSID, the page shows an error message and the APEX disable its own WiFI like if the configuration was successful (goes into orange color). I have checked the connected devices on my router page but the apex was not there. I even downloaded the apex browser tool and confirmed that the apex is not on the wifi. The only way to try and connect it again is by pressing the rest button.

    Please note that I have tried changing the SSID name & password. Ensured that the WPA 2 Personal (AES only) is selected but with no luck. I am truly at lost as all of my other devices work fine with this network.

    New Apex Wifi Issue.

    In the TP-Link, change the Version to WPA2-PSK and the Encryption to AES. Then try again.

    Hello RussM,

    Thanks for the reply. I did try that but with no luck. I even changed the version from Auto to WPA2-PSK but that didn't help.

    So I borrowed another router from a friend (TP LINK Archer c9) and the apex connected smoothly. I doubled checked the settings on both routers and they were identical...
    And I thought my Apex wifi card was defective... What a relief !
