Automate salt water making process by adding concentrate salt water using DOS

    Hi,
I'm currently thinking about how to automatically making salt water by adding concentrate salt water into RO water by using DOS.
Background: I've got one DOS for auto water change everyday from a Salt water tank. I have two sensors in the Salt water tank to achieve automatically adding RO water when salt water running out.

I'm thinking about using one DOS pump to adding concentrated salt water into Salt water tank when it's topped up with new RO water.

Please kindly advise is this idea feasible. If it is, how to programme for adding a certain amount of concentrated salt water only when top-up function finished.

    Much appreciated.

You will precipitate out your Cal, kH and Mg by making a concentrated brine solution and it doesn't really buy you much in the first place. Without increasing temp above ambient, you would be hard pressed to make a solution higher than 100 ppt anyway.
