    Cor 20 install

I purchased a Cor 20 and flow meter. My set-up is 120 gal tank and pluming is 1 inch from pump to in/out of flow meter then 1 inch to T that then reduces each side to 3/4 inch to 2 return pipes. Each return pipe has 2 return nozzles for a total of 4

I turn on pump in manual mode and flow @ 100% was significantly to much for my tank. Max I could run was ~ 80%.

I then connected Cor 20 and flow meter to Apex and followed IQ setup. That is when trouble started. Flow was only 585 gal per hr. I redid the set up and set IQ at 100% max. Flow did not increase. I then unhooked from Apex to take pump back to manual. In Manual with 1 1/2 lights I have flow @ 285, then 3 lights @ 484 then 5 lights @ 554, then at 7 lights @ 588 then at 8 only 588, and at 100% it dropped to 585. I check the direction of flow meter and it is correct. I think something got screwed up with the IQ, but not sure if that should impact in Manual mode. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!!!

I tried that and no success. I am on the link that allows adjusting the flow rate per time of day, and again if I adjust up from ~70% to 100% there is no change in flow rate. What I believe to be the manual IQ adjust is at the bottom and I have Min as 0 and Max as 100 and have uploaded.

Then you could try unplugging it, delete it from the modules page, and then plug it back in. That will clear everything about that cor and start from scratch.
