    1/2" Flow Sensor on 5/8" id plumbing?

    Setting up a separate UV feed using 5/8" ID tubing at 400 GPH flow rate. The 1" sensor seems overkill and too heavy. 3/4" sensor is not available.

    Will the 1/2" sensor work for this application?

    Depends on the flow rate on the UV. Most likely 1/2" will work fine but if you crank the flow past the published flow range in the manual, you would have to use a 1".
