    Returning to reefing - questions

I've been out of the hobby for a few years and missed it, so...

Anyway, I always ran an Apex unit, and am considering ordering the newest release.

Am I able to control an ATI Dimmable 8 bulb T5 setup (other than on/off)? Also 4 x SOW Jebao wavemakers. Assume I need a special cable, is there one available retail?

You would probably need to hack the fixture to do dimming on the t5. I don't see any notes of a 0-10V external input, so the light would need to be heavily modified.

The jebaos are supposed to come with a controller with an external 0-10V input. I would assume you need a gyre Y cable, but I would double check with fish street.

Zombie, thanks. I'd prefer not to hack the light apart
