    Fusion notes not saving

    I have been regularly recording maintenance using fusion notes but over the last week when i create a new note it will show up on the list but then disappear when the page is refreshed. is there a maximum number of notes that can be saved per month or something? I tried entering from the apple app as well as directly in fusion online.

    Not sure if this is the case but I find I need to refresh my browser when I sign back on (which logs me back in) periodically or else my notes and labs don’t get saved.

    I have the same problem - it’s not saving notes. I use the iphone app.

    Thanks for the suggestion, gave it a try without success unfortunately.

    I expect it is a bug in Apex Fusion. I have submitted a ticket to Neptune Support.

    If you have many notes (or lab measurements), there could very well be multiple pages. Click the Next Page or Last page button in the upper right of the page to see the most recent. You can also change the number of entries displayed per page.

    Just an update: the problem seems to be limited to notes on January 31th. I have forwarded this info to Neptune, since I expect it’s a bug.
