connecting Neptune AFS to APEX Controller

So I have my new AFS connected to my Apex controller and when I am in the APEX Fusion hub I have programmed it to autofeed at a specific time and thus far it has not dropped food. How can I check to see if it is even communicating right with the feeder?
    Thanks for the help

Set it to manual ON for a couple of seconds and then back to AUTO. If it rotates, then the feeder is communicating properly and should react to your programming.

So when I do it manually it works every time but I cannot get it to work with the programmed time I have set. Any thoughts on what I might be missing?
    Thanks

How many clicks do you see in the dashboard?

Two, I think that is the problem. I have my time (eastern) and western. I think that it is setting to the western time when I program it. I can just do the math on it but is there a way to tell it to stick with eastern?

Go to clock settings and change UTC offset to -5

connecting Neptune AFS to APEX Controller

    Goodnight

I am writing from Colombia to get support on the programming of food cycles. What I need is for the system to do the following:

1.) That you feed 3 times a day with a single drum rotation, 2 pm, 6 pm and 10 pm
2.) When you feed, before you turn off the skimmer one minute in advance and the return pump
3.) When feeding, turn off the recirculation pumps (WAV Neptune)
4.) After feeding and after 17 minutes, initially turn on the return pump and the circulation pumps and after 5 minutes the skimmer lights

I hope I will indicate the code sequence that I must place and please a graphic description of how I should do it since in my country we do not have assistance from Neptune Systems

Finally, I also ask you to indicate how I can program the skimmer so that when power failures occur, it is only turned on 5 minutes after starting the whole system.
