    Tunze and autofeed problem

All my pumps are working correctly except this tunze that I have. I want it to shut down during feed cycle. When I manually try it by hitting feed A in fusion it does not shut down. Here is the code.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Your code is fine.

    Is it in AUTO?

Do you have some sort of battery backup or something that might be conflicting?

Yes it’s set to auto and no battery backup of any kind.

Is it reacting to commands at all like manual on and off?

Well the tunze is on a virtual outlet. I am not sure how to manually try and shut it off through fusion. I am certain it WAS working correctly when I first set it up and tried it.

Please explain exactly what you mean by the first sentence. A virtual output does not physically control anything. Do you mean that the Tunze is controlled through a variable (0-10v) output? Variable outputs are not virtual outputs.

To set any output to manual on or manual off, use the slider on the Dashboard tile for the output. On sliders, AUTO means it’s under program control. The ON and OFF positions are the manual modes
Please do not send me PMs with technical questions or requesting assistance - use the forums for Apex help. PM me ONLY if the matter is of a private or personal nature. Thanks.

Sorry, I meant to say Variable output and it shows on the dashboard. It isnt showing in fusion so I must have the tile hidden.
BUT the tunze is not responding to manual off in the dashboard.

And now that I think about it there may be something due to a problem I had where the apex wouldnt connect to fusion. Just yesterday morning support called me and teamviewed in and found that some funky characters were in the network name and also on a Variable speed port. They got rid of them and fusion connected it again. Maybe this has something to do with it?
