Fan and Heater VOs both on at the same time

Cant figure out why my dashboard is showing both of these virtual outlets as on. I use these VOs (among others) to trigger the physical outlets for my heating and cooling.

    DayFans
If TnkTmp > RT+-0.2 Then ON
If TnkTmp < RT+-0.2 Then OFF
If Time 00:00 to 10:00 Then OFF

    DayHeater
If TnkTmp < RT+-0.6 Then ON
If TnkTmp > RT+-0.6 Then OFF
If Time 00:00 to 10:00 Then OFF

According to my season table the RT for today is 78.5. Current TnkTmp is 79.0.

The code looks fine. The fans should be on, but I can't see why the heater is on.

Yeah, that’s the issue... because this VO is on, the heaters are on and temp continues to climb even though the fans (and now chiller) are on. This is my older classic and I’m losing faith in it (getting short periods of random probe readings on all probes at some time, random email alerts, and frequent restarts)... I wonder if the brain is just going...

Probably. A combination of random reboots and outlets not behaving like they are programmed usually means a hardware problem.
