    Skimmer Cup Float Switch

Does anyone know of a small float switch I can use for my skimmer cup? I saw a small one in a BRS video, but can't find it anywhere. It's at 2:59 in the video.

I use an optical sensor. Some people will say that this doesn't work because the face will get gunk on it and give a false closed signal, but it works for me. I just clean the OS routinely when I empty the skimmer cup. Also super easy to setup with just about any skimmer. (Yes I know the skimmate is too wet here; I just added some phyto and it got it foaming a bit. Surprise foamups are another good reason to keep a sensor there.)

Thanks for the suggestion, but I don't have a FMM, so that won't work.

Reef Octopus has a float valve for some of there skimmers. It is controllable with Apex.
