Thread: ApexEL working fine for 2 months. Now not connected to Fusion for several days.

    ApexEL working fine for 2 months. Now not connected to Fusion for several days.

    I ran diagnostics and nothing it said made sense.

    Start a support ticket.

    In the mean time, restart the router/modem, then restart the Apex.

    What is the status light on the Apex?

    So to restart the Apex, I hold a paper clip in the hole on the brain for how long and until what status light shows? Right now the status light is orange.

    Just press then release the reset button.
