Help - Apex Classic is continuously cycling on and off

Don't know what is happening... My Apex Classic setup, which has been running for a few years without any problems is now powering on and off continuously. I haven't made any changes in at least 2-3 months. Lights, pumps, heater, fans, ATO, dosing pumps, APEX controller, everything that is connected to the Apex controller/EB9 bars is continuously turning off and on for the last hour or so.

I tried plugging the power into a different outlet (on a different breaker). No luck. Power is solid On

I tried disconnecting the ethernet connection from the router to the Apex controller. (I'm not wireless but hardwired.) I tried recycling the modem and router. No luck. All other WiFi devices working fine.

    What's wrong?
    Help!
    Thanks in advance

    Additional observation:
When cycling, the status light on the Apex controller changes between off/ flashing orange/ green.

It also looks like my ATO reservoir is now empty. It was beeping but I unplugged it.
Apex still cycling on and everything off
There also appears to be an in-between state also

Contact support. Either something got corrupted or a piece of hardware failed.
