    Alarm keeps going off

I have had this alarm going off all night. It looks to be saying that the high water level senor in my sump is going to the closed position due to high water level, but I am sitting in front of the tank and this is not the case.
Is this what this alarm is stating? If so how can I fix it?

I just noticed that the high level sensor(SWX4_2) keeps disappearing from my Apex screen and this seems to be when I receive my alert. I checked and it is plugged into the unit.

Make sure its plugged in all the way (this takes a bit of force).

I unplugged and then plugged everything back in and that seems to have been the problem. Thank you

So now my ATK is not turning off when the bottom optic(SWX4_1) closes. It appears to continue to fill until the top optic(SWX4_2) closes. Even with the water level reached a little above the top optic before it shuts off. What could be causing this? Here is the code:
    Fallback OFF
    Set OFF
    If Swx4_1 OPEN Then ON
    If Swx4_2 CLOSED Then OFF
When On > 005:00 Then OFF
    Defer 000:10 Then ON
    Defer 000:04 Then OFF
    Min Time 060:00 Then OFF

The water level is all the way up to where it covers where the water line is attached to the optic holder.

I unplugged and plugged the sensors back in yesterday morning, but I’ll try cleaning them. I’ll also check and make sure that the lower sensor is closing when covered.
    Thank you for the help!

Did you install the anti-siphon break?

    No, what is this?
I was actually about to get on here and post because it happened again and I think it is due to something like this. I say that because everything was going great and then I topped off my ATO tonight and it did it again. The ATO reservoir sits next to the stand and when full the water level is higher than the sump. Could this be the problem? If so what do I do to fix it?

I read up and I see that the ATK came with a valve to help break the siphon. I am not sure if mine didn't have it in the box or accidently threw it away. For now I put a small hole in the line that is higher than the reservoir. I made sure that part of line was over the sump. From what I read that should cause the siphon to stop, I hope. Now I just need to find a new valve. Any recommendations?

Get a John Guest or sharkbite style 1/4" to 1/4" coupler from home depot and drill a tiny hole in it at a 30-45 degree angle.

Thank you! I picked up a John Guest coupler and drilled a hole in it. Seems to have fixed the problem.
