Not sure why but one of my heads on the DOS will not maintain its prime, the other head is working perfectly. I did replace the pump head but its still loosing the prime. Any ideas or suggestions?

Check for cracks in your tubing and make sure the tubing is fully seated on the head.

I had ongoing problems with air bubbles in my DOS tubing, even after double-checking the tubing and connections. I eventually replaced the stock Neptune fittings with these push-connect fittings and it solved the problem:

I’m having this same issue, it’s driving me crazy. Prime the CA line, shows that it’s dosing, come back, and it’s an empty line again.
