    Email Alerts on Power

    Hello,

I have finally added the AUX power supply to my APEX.

I have review the documentation and the even the slide deck on power alert setup, but I cant get the alarm to trigger!

My setup is: AUX power and power supplies of Tunze stream on UPS, EB8, DC8 and DC4 NOT on UPS.

My goal is to get email alerts and set the stream to 30% when power is out, as detected by the EB8.

I have power monitoring set to OFF.

    EmailAlert is setup this way:
    Set OFF
If Tmp > 82.0 Then ON
If Tmp < 75.0 Then ON
If pH > 8.35 Then ON
If pH < 7.85 Then ON
If Power EB8_3 Off 000 Then ON
If Power Apex Off 001 Then ON

When I pull the plug on the EB8, nothing happens... The confirmed that email alarms are working by using a virtual outlet (if outlet F8 ON then ON), I get emails from the APEX and fusion.

At this point I don't know what else I could do to solve this issue.

    What could I be missing?

    Thanks for you help!

Contact support. I have seen a bug do that a few times in the past on various firmwares.
