    Angry Heater Issue

I have 2 300 watt heaters in my sump. I 1 plugged into my eb8 and the other plugged into the 832. I have both the heaters set to 80 and the apex programmed the following.

    Fallback OFF
If Tmp < 79.0 Then ON
If Tmp > 79.4 Then OFF

What i noticed is the heater comes on for a few minutes drawing about 300 watts on the apex then drops back to 3-5 watts. The issue is the tank is losing temp even though the outlets are on. So as a test i plugged both heaters into an extension cord, taking the apex out of the mix and the tank gained over a degree. I plugged the heaters back into different outlets on the apex and as you can see the temp is dropping already.

It sound like the thermostat in the heater is not set quite high enough.
