Container 2 in my DDR seems to be pulling air... What do I check?

The container is topped off. However, I can see air in the line. When I manually cycle pump 2 on the DOS, air bubbles are being introduced about every 4-5".

This is obviously not normal... What should I be checking?

Check the acrylic tube and the fitting. You can put soapy water on it and blow through it (cap the end with your finger to find where it is leaking)
