When command and alarm

I was looking for an answer to this in the threads, but could not find it.

If I use the when command on an outlet to cut it off it was on longer than a specified time.... if the when command is triggered, will it signal an alarm? And if not, what program do I add to make it alarm.?

Just add a line to your EmailAlm output programming:

If Error Output_name Then ON

Replace Output_name with the actual name of the output where your When timer is listed.
