    PH calibration problems

Anyone have a problem calibrating a Ph probe. I have the newer Apex. I moved my tank and kept all my probes in tank water when I did it. When I started my tank again I couldn’t get the ph probe to calibrate. I purchased the two reference solutions. Wouldn’t work. I purchased a new PH probe and more solution. Still doesn’t calibrate. It gets hung up on this screen. I love Apex had a classic and upgraded. I was IN the NSI group for the FMM. This is just driving me crazy.

Run a manual calibration and see what the settling numbers are. If you see something obviously weird like the 7.0 and 10.0 reading nearly identical readings, then check your connections. Otherwise just run a manual calibration a few times until it reads 7.0 and 10.0 in solution when you're done.
