    Dos interval logic

Why does Neptune recommend 12hr interval for Calcium starting at 10pm and then 12 for Alk? Why not 6 Cal+6Alk+6Cal +6Alk. My previous dose applied both every hour. I know most people follow the recommendation, thus must be a reason Just curious why because I would think testing could be impacted depending on time of day for test

Where do you see this specific recommendation?

I'm confused as well. Neptune has always recommended just setting them to 24 hour.
