Replacing defective Apex classic with New Apex classic module

Reading the forum I see how to go from the classic to EL. Is there an easy way to copy/paste from one classic module to another?

    Thanks,
    Kevin

If you save your configuration and make sure to plug in modules the same order as your existing classic and create the same number of VOs you can just restore your config and just need to set up things like clock, season table, etc from scratch. If you didn't do this, the process is the same as the EL.

The current Apex classic has a defective net module so I cant access it. The unit is offline in Fusion and not reachable locally. Other than exporting via fusion the Configuration summary, is there another way to backup the profile? Obviously the config summary would be a manual re-key.

The config summary is your only option then. Once you get the new one set up and programmed, save your config so you don't have to manually reprogram if this happens again.
