Need Help

I cannot get the DDR to pull any liquid (cal, alk, salt water, R/O water, etc). I have 2 DOS and I have tried both with no luck. I have replaced the fittings with John Guest fittings, no luck. I have tried both the tubing the Neptune gives you and regular tubing, no luck. I have tried to stick the tubing directly into the cylinder that holds the liquid, no luck.

The heads are physical working, but I am so frustrated I cannot get this to work. I have $500 invested in some equipment that is sitting there designed to replace my manual dosing, and I am still manually dosing.

If you stick it directly in the DDR and it isn't pulling anything, I can almost guarantee you didnt seat the tubing on the DOS heads far and/or tight enough. You want the fittings as tight as you can get by hand and the tubing needs to be pushed tight to the end as you are tightening it.
