    Apex Classic- 404 Error

The other day my Apex somehow factory reset itself. It is connected to Fusion and I can control outlets via Fusion dashboard. However, when I try and log into the Apex dashboard using the LAN IP and port, I get the login popup and enter my user name and password. I then get a 404 error saying the site is not found. I have no idea what happened to my Apex which has never had a problem in the years its been running. Now I lost all programming and can't even log into the controller itself to try and troubleshoot. Any tips to try and log into the controller and get past the 404 error?

It’s possible that the web pages got wiped. You can try updating the firmware and then, as the second part of that process, updating the web pages. It’s also possible that a hardware failure of the component which stores the web files caused this. Try doing the firmware/web page reload. If that doesn’t work, contact Neptune tech support.
