Temperature probe freeze after power loss

Hi, I just have my new system since three weeks ago. Today during a regular maintenance I just disconnect the power of the apex to re arrange the location of my equipments (maybe one hour). After I reconnect everything and temp do not respond. Orp, pH and salinity are working fine. Temp reads 20 deg f and should be aroun 77 degf. Any feedback on what can be wrong?

I already disconnect and connects the probe, disable and enable the probe, restart the unit but still the same reading.

A 20F reading means the temp probe is either disconnected or the thermistor inside it has blown.
