    Australian Solution...

    Hey Guys

I'm sick of the distribution and product selection we have here down under... so my question I guess is... Has anyone USED or can they advise me whether I can purchase a APEX unit from the US with the bells and whistles, and simply connect it was a transformer i.e. 240 >110 Volts?

    Regards

    No.

The EnergyBar 832 is intended for use only in North America and other locations which have 120VAC 60Hz electricity.

A transformer will only change the voltage; it will not change the frequency of the power from 50Hz to 60Hz.
Please do not send me PMs with technical questions or requesting assistance - use the forums for Apex help. PM me ONLY if the matter is of a private or personal nature. Thanks.

All the equipment you want to connect to the Apex will also have to be 110v which means all would have to be imported as well.
