    PMUP, am I missing something?

I purchased 4 pmups with power supplies, as indicated by the label. However, when I opened the boxes, the power supplies were not in there. Is this normal? Am I mistaken to what constitutes a power supply?

The only content that was in the box was the pump, "non" user manual, and a sticker:

I looked online and noticed that the packaging is different for the ones without the power supply.

Is anyone aware of a batch of these shipping without power supplies?

Send support an email and they will ship you one. Neptune is pretty good with QA/QC but every now and then something slips through the cracks

    Thanks Zombie,

I did send a support ticket before posting, but I started thinking that perhaps it was a misunderstanding on my part.

I just got one of these as well missing the power supply. It must have been a bad batch...

I just received my replacement from BRS today. It did have a power supply but the PMUP did not work. This is the fourth PMUP failure, second out of box failure. Either I'm very unlucky or there is something going on with these pumps. I'm bummed, I wanted to leverage these in my pump room, water change, etc... might have to switch to alternative.

Sounds like it was a labeling problem, they put the PMUP-T labels on the PMUP boxes. I won't go into more detail about how they were able to figure that out. But it seems like they were adamant about making sure it doesn't happen again.

I still haven't plugged mine in to see if they work, I will do that this week and verify that they do.
