Hello,
So my phone went out of service for a few days when my provider failed to notify me I had an expired credit card on file for them until the moment they turned the phone off. This must have caused texts to bounce and so Fusion marked my phone as banned essentially. I have since gotten the phone reactivated but Fusion refuses to allow me to re-add the phone saying it's bounced and is therefore blocking it. Is there some way to clear this "ban"? I do have an email to support so hopefully they have the ability.
