Do you have two clocks on your dashboard. If so, that is why it's not working. Change the UTC offset to match your locale if this is the case.

Hey again...., I’m a little slow here..... please tell me how the heck I get rid of the second (green) clock on my fusion dashboard.... Ive been to classic dashboard and on my display and ive did set the time “spot on” so now my orange tile shows the time for the time zone I’m in. London time + one hour (I’m in Denmark).
I don’t know how to get rid of the green tile, it shows one hour less than the orange tile (= London time)....
    appreciate your help Zombie. Thanks

oohh and I did turn off the dst function on the classic dashboard.

Did you leave Auto-Set enabled, or you turn that off too then manually set the time? It should be enabled, which allows the Apex to obtain date and time from time servers out on the Internet.

You should have Auto-Set on, DST off, time zone 1.0

Restart the Apex after making any changes. Wait 5 minutes then check the clock tile in Fusion.

Hi Russ I did turn it all off Did go to work and now I’m back. Only have one tile left on the fusion dashboard...... Yeah.
Why should I turn auto set on? Now the time is spot on and only have the one tile I wanted.

thank you so much for answering.
