    Safety Valve

Trying for a little safety back up after losing a lot of animals on 2 occasions which broke my heart. One hot one cold disaster.
I have placed my new titanium heater in my corner overflow. Manufacturer says do not place in acrylic sump. Checked that it will remain submerged even if return shuts down but nevertheless I want to add a line to my code to shut heater off if return off. Tried typing something but my return outlet did not automatically pop up when typed it. Please suggest a line I should add. Below are my heater and my outlet pics.

    Thanks
